Groundwater Resources Information Technologies (GRIT) Ltd. is an environmental consulting firm that specializes in providing services to commercial, institutional, municipal and residential clients, We offer services related to Groundwater Supply and Evaluation, Septic Field Investigations, and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
Our typical clients include commercial property developers and owners, municipal engineers, acreage owners, farmers, and environmental and municipal planning consultants. We provide support for, subdivision approvals, Water Act licensing, and studies for regulatory or financial institute requirements. |

Groundwater Resources Information Technologies Ltd. is an Alberta owned and based consulting firm with offices in northeast Calgary. Our personnel has several decades of experience in groundwater, gas analysis and soil evaluation in Alberta and Southeastern British Colombia. We offer a select range of services to provide a high level of expertise in our chosen areas.
We are members of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS), National Ground Water Association (NGWA),and Alberta Water Well Drilling Association (AWWDA), where one of our personnel serves as the Technical Director for the association. Our personnel have undertaken training with the Alberta Onsite Wastewater Management Association (AOWMA).

WHERE WE WORK
We concentrate our area of practice within Alberta, Southwestern Saskatchewan, Southeastern British Colombia, specifically the southern half of Alberta which includes the Edmonton area to the U.S. border. By concentrating our services within this area we provide in-depth knowledge to the problems and type of subsurface conditions found in southern Alberta.
